Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and tags.
Defective or damaged items can be returned within 30 days for a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Return Process
Contact us at support@safarstyle.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Include your order number and a brief explanation.
Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label or instructions. Ship the item back to the address provided.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged, in which case we will cover the cost.
For exchanges, we offer free return shipping if the replacement item is of equal or greater value.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Exceptions
Personalized or custom-ordered items (e.g., jackets with embroidery) are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
Sale items may be subject to different return conditions, noted at the time of purchase.
